Job Description
Major Accountabilities
• Manage quality control of analysis and insights generated from primary & secondary data for marketing teams and other related departments (i.e., New product, BPA, development and BD&L team)
• Manage and supporting to streamline business planning process and governance to help marketers performing efficiently in multinational/cross-functional setting.
• Manage quality control of contracts and utilization with research vendors
• Ensure that a timely and effective communication and escalation process is communicated to and followed by all personnel in their respective area
• Advocate continuous improvement
• Ensure all activities of associates comply with company standards and local regulations
• Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures
• 100% timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance

Requirements
• University Graduate and above
• Business and/or marketing major preferred
• Japanese • English (business level communications needed to handle frequent TCs and English documentations)
• 10yrs+ Brand or Product Marketing experience
• Interpersonal & communication skills
• Entrepreneurship-mind to develop new ideas
• Project management skills
• PC literacy
