Job Description

This role will play a pivotal role in defining, deploying and supporting key initiatives, lead digital strategy development for brands, collaborate with brand leader to drive execution and manage operation.
•Scope out a loosely defined initiative by gathering input from relevant stakeholders
•Mobilize a cross-functional team and act as the primary project manager on key initiatives
•Represent the work to leadership and have the ability to convey the rationale, approach and impact of our activities in relevant / meaningful ways in English
•Proactively identify and address risks to budget, timelines or engagement
•Deliver high quality work on-time and ensure the expected business results are realized
Responsibilities
•Lead digital strategy development, drive execution and manage operation.
•Collaborate with internal brand teams to dirve digital transformaion and optimize customer experience
•Guiding brands on the integrated strategies included digital and F2F channels
•Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
•Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
•Design, build and maintain digital tool to support product launch
•Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
•Instrument conversion points and optimize register rate
•Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
•Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
-High potential candidate whose high performance is demonstrated by his/her career progression (increasing level of responsibility)
-Passion for driving the change in the way we engage our customers which may include revising the way we work
-Experience working with a broad set of stakeholders, especially sales, marketing and IT on digital related initiatives
-Ability to connect effectively with internal regional/global Center of Excellence and external thought leaders
-Hyper focus on delivering quality work that has a clear and tangible business impact
-Intermediate level mastery of project management methodologies
-Ability to problem solve, derive insights from data and think strategically are critical
-Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible business results
-Ability to work with a broad set of stakeholders (marketing, sales, finance, medical, IT, etc.)
Preferred skill:
-Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, web channels
-Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
-Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
-Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
-Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
-Fundamental IT skill: Network, Server, Web, Mobil, Email etc.
Required experience
•5+ years of Marketing experience in a leading digital organization or digital marketing experience in an established company
•2+ Management consulting or internal consulting experience is a plus
•Related experience in Pharma is highly desirable
Japanese – Fluent level
English – Business level (Fluent level is highly desirable)
