Job Description
- Preparing monthly reporting, annual reporting and quarterly forecast reporting .
- Providing cost allocation for the sales segment and production unit.
- Communicating with Business Controller at global HQ.
- Organizing quarterly forecasting process in communication with sales segments.
- Providing necessary information for sales segments to complete quarterly forecast.
- Checking order and backlog situation to make sure the forecast is achievable.
- Providing longer term company projection when necessary.
- Making monthly financial report with charts and graphs
- Making additional financial report at the request of sales segments.
- Providing information for Regional/HQ in the form of charts/graphs.
- Providing macroeconomic data to help understand business trend in the market.
- Collecting competitor financial information and providing it in a comprehensive report.
- Checking overdue accounts and providing necessary advice for collection.
Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of finance and accounting experience.
- Good understanding of business processes.
