Job Description
The company is proud to be one of the the world's first hearing aids specialist in providing Smartphone App and IoT solutions.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the full digital spectrum of the japan branch:
- Develop, execute and implement digital marketing strategy.
- Lead company website and local-site upgrade & maintenance. Maintains and constantly improves website experience, content and visibility
- Propose and implement digital marketing campaigns to improve websites traffic rate
- Implement and monitor Japan SEO/SEM.
- Reporting marketing analytics showing the effectiveness of out digital marketing, social media and communication initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing team to implement online campaigns for lead generation
- Develop e-mail marketing, especially B2B E-newsletter.
- Manage Japan office social media accounts for B2C, in line with marketing campaigns.
- Localize and managing the corporate website through CMS(Sitecore), aligning with the global digital marketing team.
- Contributor in setting up and maintaining B2B E-commerce website to improve order efficiency and order experience of B2B customers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Marketing within Japan, not only outsourcing to vendors but managing tools in-house.
- Native in Japanese, business level in written and verbal English.
- Bachelor degree.
- Core Competencies.
- Digital Marketing cost management and able to dynamically adjust spend depending on trade.
- Experience working with CMS systems. (Sitecore preferred).
- Experience working with Google Analytics or other digital analytics tools.
- Experience managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience using social media as a channel for lead generation.
- Excellent writing skill in Japanese for B2C contents management.
- Business level of Microsoft Office Word/excel.
- People and agency management, communication and cooperation skills.
- Strong project management skills with experience with work prioritization, planning, influencing and working in cross-functional teams.
Additional:
- Knowledge of HTML/Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Knowledge of Brand strategy and marketing theory is a plus.
- Self-motivator, user- and customer-centric mind.
