Job Description
Involved in the country communication planning and lead its implementation in terms of content strategy (incl. editorial) and integrated content creation (messages and formats) and delivery for digital marketing activities;
Outline a structure of metrics, data and processes required and liaise with analytics roles (Web-,Customer, E-commerce, Digital Marketing) and agencies to measure digital communication performance in a systematic way in order to optimize and integrate digital content for paid, owned and earned media and improve KPIs;
Take ownership for defining the tactical and operational framework for digital content &communication - with the involvement of M&C and Web/E-commerce/Digital Channel roles - to attract and retain defined targets along the consumer journey and, ultimately, leverage multi-channel customer experience and customer lifetime value;
Manage the process of digital communication content and format creation rooted in integrated insights on consumers & customers’ needs and behaviors to deliver compelling, meaningful and relevant content (mass and 1 to 1);
Ensures that other M&C and Web/E-commerce/Digital Channel roles contribute to designing campaign architecture for digital marketing activities along the multi-channel consumer journey and outlining improvement areas to enhance digital marketing performance, digital infrastructure and operation;
Lead the campaign briefing and creative development process and secure that the quality of digital content generated is triggering and stimulating consumer/customer engagement and acquisition;
Coordinate among key stakeholders (HR, Sustainability, Corporate PR, Customer Experience) to ensure that all needs and inputs are collected to produce and disseminate digital content which is complement and effectively integrated with other offline communications;
Compose and develop a content calendar to assist selection and creation of content that is of high quality, consistent and reliable in order to attract and keep target audiences;
Ensure the process for creating digital marketing content and communication is delivered and all campaign deadlines are met, with the expected quality, and within the set budget frame;
Ensures that all digital content (incl. social, editorial, personalized) is consistent adapting the message and formats to the specific digital media channels (role/context) and digital marketing activities whilst maintaining a strong IKEA identity and tone of voice.
Requirements
Proven experience in the field of consumer loyalty programmes and communication.
Proven experience of co-ordinating CRM campaigns and communication.
Good communication and collaboration skills working with internal and external partners.
Working knowledge of key technologies and practices in the CRM sector.
Working knowledge of developing a direct marketing communication campaigns.
Retail and/or home furnishing experience.
Experience of working with marketing communications.
