Job Description
Proactively identify and approach new customers in his/her area with respective technical solutions and products.
Establish and maintain contacts with customers in target area
Carry out price negotiations in line with company policy and, in close alignment with country management, and conclude corresponding contracts
Handle customer inquiries as well as claims
Execute an aggressive prospecting strategy
Regularly report to the country and regional management
Support and contribute to define an overall sales strategy for Japan
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in connectivity or related product industry
Track record of Sales experience in Japan to Japanese customers
Prior experience in solution sales / technical sales (NOT route sales)
In depth technical knowledge (Engineering degree in favor)
Being able to identify customer specific project businesses and to propose solutions
Possessing good connections with potential customers and distributors is ideal
Proactive sales approach and good negotiation skills
At least basic English skills (being able to work with English documents)
