国内およびグローバルにおける豊富な経験と知見を生かし、クライアントの個別課題の解決と全社・事業改革をご支援します。
クライアントは、製薬企業、医療機器メーカー、調剤、医薬品卸、商社、新規参入企業等。

Life sciences Industry Team mainly supports pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, pharmacies, pharmaceutical wholesalers, trading companies, and emerging start-up companies.

Requirements
＜全体＞
　・　国内または海外の主要大学・大学院を卒業された方で、下記の実務を3年以上ご経験された方

＜語学＞
　・　日本語　：母国語またはビジネス以上
　・　英語　 　：読み書き。Senior Consultant以上はビジネスレベルの会話

＜スキル/資格＞
　・　論理的思考力、コミュニケーション能力に優れた方
　・　Microsoft Officeスキル（Excel, Power Point, Wordなど）
※以下のいずれかの資格がある方は尚可
　・　公認会計士、USCPA、日商簿記２級以上など、会計に関する資格
　・　MBA

【経験】
当業界におけるコンサルティング経験、もしくは事業会社における実務経験をベースに、
クライアントの課題解決に向けて積極的に関与する姿勢を期待します。

現実的で手触り感のある解決策の提言、抽象的ではない具体性のある実行支援にコミット出来る方をお待ちしています。
クライアントメンバーとの協働体制にてプロジェクトデリバリーすることが多いため、チームワークを重んじる姿勢を重要視しています。

＜Consultant>
　・　医療・医薬業界における3年以上の業界経験
　・　コンサル経験不問

＜Senior Consultant>
　・　3年以上のコンサル経験
　・　もしくは5年程度の医療・医薬業界経験

＜Manager以上＞
　・　5年以上のコンサル経験
　・　もしくは10年程度の医療・医薬業界経験

【Qualifications】
＜Minimal Requirements＞
　・　Bachelor's or Master's degree from National or Foreign Universities with at least 3 years of work experience.

＜Language Proficiency＞
　・　Japanese: Native or Business Level (above)
　・　English: Basic (Reading and Writing), Senior Consultants or Higher: Conversational (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)

＜Skills/ Certificates＞
　・　Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
　・　Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
　・　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and etc.)
※Other preferred qualifications
　・　Certified Public Accountant, US Certified Public Accountant, Level 2 or above in the official business skill test on book-keeping, or other qualifications related to Accounting
　・　MBA


【Experience】

＜Consultant>
　・　More than 3 years of experience in Life sciences Industry
　・　No Consulting Experience is required

＜Senior Consultant>
　・　More than 3 years of experience as a Consultant or,
　・　5 or more years of experience in Life sciences Industry

＜Managers and above＞
　・　More than 5 years of experience as a Consultant or,
　・　10 years or more experience in Life sciences Industry

　・　M&A
　・　中期経営計画の立案・実行、経営管理の高度化、管理会計の強化、グローバルIT構想立案
　・　新製品の上市、領域ポートフォリオマネジメント、製品の導入・導出評価
　・　営業戦略立案・実行、マルチチャネルの構築運用、卸/ディーラーへの施策立案・実行
　・　臨床開発のパイプラインマネジメント・進捗管理、CROベンダーの選定・交渉、PMI（市販後調査）
　・　コンプライアンス部/法務部における、内部統制強化や外部/内部監査（業務、会計）業務
　・　ERPパッケージの導入・開発・運用・保守
