Job Description

One of the world’s most renowned Robotics companies is now looking for bilingual (English and Japanese) candidates with profound knowledge/ experience of DevOps, IT strategic planning, and people management.
One will manage 10 talented, aspired engineers as well as several subcontractors.

Requirements
- Good communicator in both English and Japanese
- 5+ years experience of global IT project
- "CAN DO" mindset(this will be the most important point according to the culture match)
- Management experience(it is a small team, so not necessarily vital at this moment)
- Interested in cutting edge technologies such as AI/Big Data/IoT/RPA/Robotics

Additional Job Information
The possible salary range will be around 12M yen + incentive bonus, besides competitive compensations and benefits.
