Job Description
You will act as a key member of the Finance team, working closely with senior leaders of the business not just in Japan but at all branches in the APAC region. The Accounting Manager will be expected to both lead internal projects and manage staff, but also to be constantly looking to develop their own skills for both individual and team benefit.

You will help to supervise all closing activities and related work, but also perform as a key adviser to the CFO.

Requirements
- Business English with native Japanese
- Consolidated Accounting experience
- Deep J-GAAP knowledge
- Experience closing the books at a listed Japanese company
- Self motivator with personal growth ambitions, as well as the desire to lead projects and manage a team
