Job Description
•Prepare and consolidate budgets
•Prepare monthly expenses forecast
•Publish month-end financial reporting package
•Support accounting close
•Variance analysis
•Cost reduction and Kaizen
•Work with global finance colleagues for trouble shooting and general finance works
Requirements
•Excellent Excel skills
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP
•Working knowledge of GAAP
•At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
•BS in Accounting or related degree; MBA is plus
•Good communication capability in both Japanese and English
