Sales Representative - Key Accounts Customers

Job Description
- Manage key chain stores accounts.
- Negotiate with each customer business conditions related to the purchase of our equipment including prices, delivery, warranty, maintenance support.
- Handle all operational matters by interfacing with each customer at various levels of their organization structure.
- Coordinate all the internal activities generated by each customer’s requests including those related to sales planning, inventory control, warranty, maintenance, and product development with the support of the Company management.
- Arrange seminars and training for customers and business partners upon necessity.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for internal use.

Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience of equipment, services, ingredients or processed food to chain store customers in the food service industry.
- Alternatively, experience within chain stores companies in the food service industry preferably in the position of coordinator or area manager in such operational areas as store development, purchase and maintenance of equipment, construction or similar.
- Refrigeration, food service and retail industries’ background preferred.
- Language: Fluent Japanese. Basic English ability required (at least written and reading).
- Education: College graduate or specialized school diploma.
