Job Description
1.Manage day to day import / inland transportation by collaborating with internal coordinator and 3PL
2.Accurately and timely arrange stock allocation between east/west distribution centers by understanding daily sales in order to optimize stock readiness balance
3.Maintain / create Standard Operating Procedures to reflect latest processes while aligning with SOX / MSD policies / industry requirements
4.Run On-Time-In-Full KPI report to monitor performance
5.Actively participate cross-functional meeting to acquire information which D&L needs to cascade down to the team for further actions
6.Introduce innovative solution to enhance process quality or cost reduction
7.Collaborate with AP HQ for transportation related subject
8.Drive process improvement projects with minimum supervision
9.Accountable and responsible for transportation issues to escalate to the higher management for further improvement
Requirements
<Experience>
- 5 years of distribution & logistics operational experience with global partner / local 3PL
- Pharmaceutical industry experience would be an advantage
- Good English language skills – spoken and written (TOEIC 800 or above would be an advantage)
- SAP skills & knowledge
- Experience in working with external partners and cross functional teams
The candidate must have competencies that demonstrate learning agility to acquire business perspective efficiently and quickly to deal with ambiguity. Action oriented mind-set is required to drive for result, by using good planning skill while ensuring stay focused on customers.
Qualification
Degree in Business, supply chain, industry engineering
