Job Description
•Developing strategic internal communiations plan
•Developing internal messages such as President Letters, Organizational Announcements and Internal Newsletter
•Planning and Execution of communications such as annual Kick Off Meeting, Quarterly Townhall Meeting, Webcasting and any other internal events such as Open Office Day
•Managing Intranet, Presient Blog and other in-house digital communication tools by working with Diital Communications Manager
•Closely working with HR to build high-performance culture through V&B initiatives and I&D programs involving communications with leadership team
•Join internal task force team and give inputs from communication's stantpoint
•Work closely with global counterparts for better alligned approach in Japan
Requirements
Education:
University Degree
Languages:
Japanese - native
English - fluent
Experience/Professional Requirement:
•At least 5 years working experience in Corporate Communication / Marketing
•Communication / Media Relation or PR agengy
•Strong writing skill
•Self starter
•Strategic thinking and planning skill
•Presentation Skill
•Project Management Skill
•Working experience in healthcare industry is a plus
