Job Description
· Ability to perform data analysis to identify areas of opportunity
· Advises stakeholders and assesses current and future needs
· Ability to educate stakeholders on the sourcing process and procurement best practice
· Jointly build stakeholder requirements
· Partner with business leaders on strategy development, negotiations and supplier implementation
· Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies
· Ability negotiate large dollar, complex sourcing events
Requirements
Experience:
· Minimum BA / BSc in Business / Finance or related disciplines
· Minimum 10+years working experience in procurement specializing in sourcing
· Experience in Financial services sector preferred, ideally with global corporation(s) &/or consulting
· Strong proven analytical & research skills
· Business process outsourcing delivery experience (across category delivery experience)
Skills:
· Business writing skills, presentation skills (English &Japanese)
· Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Language:
· Japanese: Native, English: Business level fluency
