Job Description
Manage team of 11 accountants and consultants to:
- Work within the larger Accounting team to deliver high quality daily finance & accounting work
- Support operational efficiency and internal control projects
- Using technology and creating tools to deliver timely and accurate expenses processing and reporting for 6,000 staff in Japan
- Fraud prevention through data analytics
- Over the next few years, lead modernisation and digitisation of accounting and reporting through projects
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience on financial accounting, especially for expenses related to expense
- Team management experience (small team is okay)
- Nissho Boki 2 or above (CPA, Zeirishi, CIA etc.)
- Business Level English
Ideally:
- Background or experience in consulting and project-based finance
