Job Description
This role will assist the Manager by attending Quantum sessions and gathering and delivering the requirements to feed to the rest of the IT team and manage the Quantum deliverable from them.
- Respond to requests for IT support.
- Participate in International and Domestic Projects
- Planning/Preparation/Coordination/Deployment of new local and/or global systems and related operations
- Daily Operations/Maintenance/Improvement/Troubleshooting of existing IT area (Biz Apps and Infrastructure)
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Support End Users, Retail Stores and E-Commerce Technical Area
- Provide after-hours support and onsite support, when needed
Requirements
- Experience in global environment and project/task management in global Projects
- Knowledge and IT tool designing experience of the business for wholesale / Retail distribution industry
- Advanced documentation skill (operation manuals, meeting minutes, presentation, and technical specification etc) and excellent communication skill
- Proactively take initiative to implement new applications/projects requested or assigned by user, regional or global team with priority consideration
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and creative self-starter, proactive, flexible for change and reliable as team player
- Business level English skills
