Job Description
· Serve as a brand ambassador and lead a team to deliver premium brand experience to customers
· Be responsible for inventory and merchandise control
· Enhance visual merchandising and store hygiene standards
· Maintain operational and administrative excellence
· Provide excellent service to increase customer loyalty and sales
· Take charge of the team's professional development and training needs (goal-setting, employee motivation)
· Ensure compliance with company policies and protocol
· Identify potential talent for immediate and future hiring needs
Requirements
· Degree from a recognized university
· Managerial experience with good people management skills
· Native Japanese, Business level English. Mandarin is a plus
· Ability and willingness to work flexible hours’ weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of business
