Job Description
■ Improve sales and the following business related to business partners
· Based on budget, retail stores throughout the Japanese market, sales and wholesale at wholesale · product management
· Analytical skill that can understand PL and store costs and control costs
· Department stores and commercial facilities, opening with business partners, negotiating closing offices and building relationships
· Upgrade sales at existing stores, draft, plan, negotiate, execute, analyze to expand new stores
· Planning events at stores and planning and executing action plans Business opening,
Promotion of sales floor refurbishment, sales planning / marketing plan
■ Sales management work
· Weekly basis for both retail and wholesale, monthly, annual budget sales management, KPI based
Sales control and analysis, prompt action
· Create weekly report on sales to UK headquarters,
· WHS management (cellin, sell-through, occasional sales confirmation, analysis, negotiation)
■ Retail store operation management (22 stores + @) operations
· Management and training of overall store staff, care management
· Proposal and guidance on management suitable for each store, such as product VMD · promotion
· Support for store promotion plans, or proposal, implementation, analysis
■ New Business Acquisition Operation
· Retail store + Wholesale client acquisition, negotiation and management
· Business strategy planning and execution, analysis
■ Team management
· Management, guidance and education of 3 people under the sales team
■ Exhibition related work
· Product description and sales activities at the exhibition twice a year
· Report on the establishment, operation and management of exhibitions
Requirements
■ Person who has experienced retail sales with a foreign-affiliated brand and can contribute to sales improvement
■ Sales experience with brands with department stores or directly operated stores
■ Experienced store operations, store management workers
■ Management experience over 5 years
■ Intermediate or higher PC skills (mail, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
■ People who can smoothly communicate with inside and outside of the company
■ Have a high motivation, able to act on their own thinking; those who have leadership, can think things with strategic, theoretical thinking
