Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Operation Officer, to help manage the accounting and finance for the Japan office. This is a stand alone role, but the tasks are quite straightforward. You will need good people skills, and a friendly personality.
Main job duties below:
•Liaise with head office overseas related to finance and accounting work
•Prepare and process cash payment
•Process invoices and relevant documents for payment
•Monthly expenses
•Process financial closing and prepare notes for financial statements
•Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly statements
•Prepare documents for taxation
Requirements
•2-3 years of directly relevant experience preferred
•Knowledge in basic accounting work (JGAAP, IFRS)
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
•Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, strong interpersonal skills
•Communicable English language skill.
•Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
