Job Description
-Supporting the sales team in drafting of commercial contracts and the negotiation of sales contracts of big volumes
-Managing labor and commercial disputes/arbitration/litigation.
-Assisting the HR Department by providing advice on labor law, compliance policies and training.
-Manage IP related matters.
-Preparing the necessary corporate documents, minutes, and resolutions according to local laws.
-Training employees on compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
-Engaging and supervising outside counsel on any lawsuits or arbitration.
Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor degree in law either in China or Japan, master or PHD in Japan
-Familiar with international and domestic trade related laws
-3 to 5 years of experience in law firms and/or in an international company in Japan
-Fluent in both Japanese and Mandarin
