Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior UI Designer with a proactive attitude, collaborative nature, and ability to step up to the challenge of creating beautiful user interfaces. You will help define and drive products across a wide variety of platforms. In this role, you will apply your passion for product strategy, brand and craft to influence the user interface design of new products and apps.

You’ll be great at this role if:
 You can demonstrate your ability to produce beautiful, functional and well-considered user interfaces
 You are comfortable using the latest design tools to create mockups and prototypes at varying degrees of fidelity
 You are keen to learn from your team and are happy to share your process and methodologies with clients
 You have the ability to prototype interactions and animations

What you'll do:
 Design high performing and beautiful user interface solutions that bring simplicity to complex design challenges for web and mobile applications
 Ensure that features you work on contribute to a complete and holistic, albeit an ever evolving, user experience
 Document and share visual systems you build and expand, including management of evolving patterns and leading in the adoption of new tools
 Create design scopes, establish timelines, and meet deadlines for work that you own that supports your team

Requirements
 Independent thinker and executer who needs little oversight
 Expertise in user experience and user interface design
 Deep knowledge of typography, composition and layout
 Solid understanding of the latest design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) and prototyping tools (Invision)
 Proven leadership skills in communicating conceptual ideas, and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process
 A strong online portfolio with an emphasis on UI design, icons, illustrations, and prototyping
 4+ years experience designing responsively for web and mobile including iOS, Android, and Touch
