Job Description
As the Release Program Manager, your role will include:
- Managing and driving movement of releases through planning, build, test, and product environments
- Tracking dependencies from localization and documentation to licensing and compliance
- Tracking risks/issues and providing effective mitigation plan and communicate with the stakeholders
- Tracking and gathering feedback from customers that will influence future releases and roadmap
- Defining and implementing repeatable release process and standards globally
- Creating and coordinating common standards and formats for release
- Developing a deep understanding of the company platform and its functionalities
Requirements
- Process-minded, a true leader, excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in application or implementation of support domain
- Fluent + level Japanese
- Business + level English
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field is a plus
- Industry experience leading end to end Program Management
- Work experience in RPA technologies is a plus
