Job Description
As the Retail Manager, you will:
• Manage and supervise retail stores by advising retail teams to achieve sales targets, keeping in mind company strategy and brand image at all times.
• Ensure consistent store operation by recruiting and maintain relationships with clients.
• Ensure correct allocation of products in each store
• Train Store Managers to enhance their performance
• Assist in developing projects with the Retail Director
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail companies as a Store Manager
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the companies in Retail Operation
• Native/Fluent Japanese
• Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills, with an interest in fashion
