As for any reasons to be interested, they have a very good work-life balance and are committed to equality in the work-place. Hours are from 9:30 to 17:30 which is shorter than the typical Japanese system of a 9-hour work day. Salary is flexible depending on the right candidate, though they are currently targeting 4 - 5 million yen for this position.
