Job Description
Overview:

The senior consultant is at the core of case team structure, working closely with Associates, Managers, Principals and Partners. Responsible for managing Associates from day one while analyzing client’s issues, overseeing data gathering and analysis, delivering recommended strategies to Partners and Principles.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Partners and Managers to identify key business issues
• Structure analysis, solutions and test hypotheses
• Oversee data gathering to populate analysis
• Supervise and measure Associate Team’s progress on delivering strategic solutions
• Develop a strong team with excellent core consulting skills

Requirements
• 4-year relevant experience showing progressive promotion & achievement
• Exceptional analytical & quantitative skills
• Outstanding oral & written communication skills
• Project management & Team leadership experience
• Proven success working in a team
• Experience working with clients
• MBA, PhD or other advanced degrees preferred
