European Luxury Brand. Looking for Senior IT Specialist.
The Role 職務内容
This position will be providing assistance to Japan store / back office / warehouse users, and to continuously improve the support services.
This position works for local, regional or global projects in cooperation with the Japan-, the APAC and global teams.
• Organize and provide Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support in fulfilling IT requests
• Allocate incoming issues/requests efficiently
• Provide IT support services monitoring and status reporting
• Manage lifecycle of IT assets
Minimum Qualifications 必要なスキル・経験
• Minimum 5-year experience in IT support
• Minimum 2-year experience as manager with 1 or 2 team member
• ITIL Foundations V2 or V3 certification is a plus
• Project management certification is a plus
