THE JOB
The Finance and Administration Manager will have overall responsibility for Finance and Administration for our client's Japan operation, and report directly to the APAC CFO. Key responsibilities include the following.
- Prepare Statutory Accounts
- Provide accurate and timely reporting for both local and group purposes
- Prepare and manage Japan Payroll, including all associated taxes/filings
- Provide financial information and support to the Country Manager and budget holders as required as well as global headquarters
- Assist with preparation of the annual budget for submission to gloal headquarters and monitor ongoing performance against budget
- Provide commercial advice and organisational support to the Country Manager and to Head Office
REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of accounting and fiscal requirements
- Knowledge of International accounting practices
- Hands-on experience in small office environment
