The Role 職務内容:
Handle general office administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, scheduling, invoicing, etc.Build strong business relationships with agents, surveyors & suppliersMonitor supply schedules after fixture, report progress & any trouble to Broker(s)Assist the team in sending bunker prices to customersAssist both Sales & Administration in ensuring correct, up to date paper trail of fixturesAssist in account applications & coordinate the issuance of customer accountMinimum Qualifications 必要なスキル・経験:
Native level Japanese with fluency in EnglishCollege diploma and above (preferred, but not required)2-3 years’ experience in an administrative function; preferably supporting a sales team Experience in the marine, shipping, oil industry or airline business is a plus Proficient in MS Office
