Job Description
Lead the country HR Service team, delivering proactive HR support to customer groups.
Collaborative with colleagues located in Global and Regional HR Centers and other HR Services teams in other countries.
Act as an escalation and triage point, helping resolve issues raised by the HR Services team and customers.
Accountable for the compliant and quality delivery of customer service, data management, payroll and administrative activities on behalf of HR Centre’s of Excellence (CoE)
