Job Description
Reporting to: Head of Supply Chain Management
・Creating the logistics strategy and supporting the execution
・Planning and implementing the activities to improve the safety, quality and efficiency of the logistics centre
・Management of the 3PL
・Develop the team members with the actual tasks and maximize the effectiveness of the teamwork
・Manage the inventory for the whole company
Requirements
Key responsibilities & accountability:
・Creating the logistics strategy and supporting the execution
-Create the logistics design based on the superior’s strategy and directions and conduct improvement activities together.
・Planning and implementing the activities to improve the safety, quality and efficiency of the logistics centre
- Solve problems, meet the deadlines and work on improving the tasks at each centres with other team members
・Management of the 3PL
- Participate in regular meetings at each centres and work with the 3PL to plan and execute improvement activities based on the KPIs
・Develop the team members with the actual tasks and maximize the effectiveness of the teamwork
- Cascade the strategies and directions from the superior down to each team members in clear manner
- Coach and develop the team members to maximise the team functions
・Manage the inventory for the whole company
- With the superior, plan and implement the mechanisms to prevent goods shortages and dead stock
Working relationships
・Offer Management , Finance & Accounting, Operations, Information Systems, Internal Audit and Legal teams
Skills & experiences
・More than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain
・Experience managing the supply chain in distribution/retail industry
・Business level English(TOEIC700 or above)
・Intermediate Excel and PC skills
