職務概要
外資系保険企業を中心としたクライアント向けにUXデザイナーとしてプロジェクトに参画頂ける方を複数名募集致します。
アメリカ・インドを中心とした海外のチームとも連携して頂く事を想定しております。

職務内容
UXデザイナーとして主に下記の業務を遂行します。
ワイヤーフレーム、ユーザーフローの策定支援
プロトタイプ（ローファイ・ハイファイ）の作成
その他、システムのUI／UXに関わるデザイン面の支援
職務要件
UXまたはインタラクションデザインの実務経験3年以上
複数の異なる画面比率に対応したレスポンシブ／アダプティブ・デザインを用いた経験
ユーザビリティーテストや他UXに関わるテストメソッドなどの知識
HTML, CSS, JavaScriptの機能や制限への理解（開発経験は不要）
デザインを策定した根拠を明確に説明できるコミュニケーション力
プロダクトとUXに対して与える短期的／長期的影響の両方を考慮し業務を遂行する能力
ビジネスレベルの英語力

Job Overview
We are seeking for a hands-on UX Designer. You will work for a global insurance company.

Responsibilities

Create design assets that communicate our solutions such as;
Wire frames, user flows, low-and high-fidelity mockups, animations, HTML/CSS, written instructions, etc.
Requirements
3+ years of UX and interaction design experience
Bi-lingual skills – Japanese & English
Experience with responsive/adaptive design for multiple screen sizes
A solid understanding of usability testing and UX testing methods
Understanding of the abilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
A confident point of view and an ability to clearly communicate your design decisions
An ability to consider both short- and long-term impacts of your work on the product and the user experience
