Job Description
The company has grown over the years and is continuing to increase their headcount. They are searching for more professionals to add to their ever-expanding Corporate Function Procurement team. They are looking for a Category Manager, in charge of 業務委託 for outsourcing related to digital/SIer engineers and services.
The procurement team is supporting the client business and purchasing activities of external services, including procurement destination selection, purchase contract signing, and payment processing.
The department is divided according to three teams by the different services.
Contractor procurement team: Outsourcing partners to utilize in client projects, purchasing support for temporary staff of companies.
Non-Contractor Procurement Team: Other than above = Purchasing support for outsourcing of IT products (software, hardware, IT services, etc.) and outsourcing of company operations (mainly administrative department work, personnel, general affairs, marketing, finance, etc.)
Operation team: Promotion of process support to contract, delivery, inspection, billing and payment, supplier information management, compliance promotion based on sourcing results of each procurement team for all purchased items.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years of Indirect Procurement experience, mainly in the Engineering Outsourcing (業務委託) category
- Knowledge SIer Industry (SAP, digital, etc)
- Negotiation and Communication Skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Business English communication
