Job Description
Our client is looking for a HR Director to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department and be inline with the company’s culture.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication and leadership skills and be able to communicate back to their reporting line.
Requirements
To ensure that the Department’s activities are aligned with the Corporate Human Resources Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
To represent the Human Resources department on the hotel's Leadership Committee.
Maintains efficient staffing levels and payroll systems, helping Division/Department Heads to strategically maximise productivity and minimise unnecessary payroll costs.
Ensures that all associates are treated fairly and consistently as outlined in their terms and conditions of employment, local legislation, and company/hotel policies and procedures.
