Job Description
【Leader of Clinical Trial Operation】
Take a leading role in end to end operational activities in Japan working with HQ’s counterpart
・Lead a Japan operation team through planning, initiation, execution and closeout
・ Manage the members and various venders to keep the target timeline
・ Manage key milestones, budget and possible risks
・Address issues on study sites as a point of contact of CRO-CRA
・Ensure study quality and compliance of regulatory documents
Requirements
Required：
・ More than 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical company
・Multiple experience in global trials
・ Good communication with team and venders
・ Business level English（TOEIC>730, Ability to work cooperatively with US colleagues in global trial）
Desirable：
Not required for the past experienced Therapeutic Area, but prefer to experience in Infectious disease
