Position / Title: Cost Analytics Director / Senior Manager Direct supervisor: MD operation
Function: Product Headquarters Department: MD Operation
role:
- In cost analytics, check negotiation progress, organize issues, disassemble tasks, manage issues, and support MD team negotiations.
- Establish a relationship of trust with MD team partners in cost analytics to achieve smooth collaboration.
- Promote change management by quickly and accurately reflecting the information obtained from the above communication in the team strategy.

Main responsibility
Main duties and decision-making matters
1. Promotion of cost analytics negotiations
- Develop a project promotion plan and manage execution through visualization of progress / tasks / issues.
- Report project progress, issues and risks to senior leadership at the necessary times to obtain the necessary decisions and support.
- If necessary, organize it in a document and share a common understanding among relevant stakeholders.
2.Promotion of change management
- Communicate closely with the MD team, share the status of negotiations and the issues they have, and establish fact-based negotiations.
- Based on discussions between CA / MD teams, organize issues and approaches in negotiations, and provide team support to improve BY negotiation skills.
3.Promote MD Ops activities synchronously
- Closely collaborate with each MD operations team to contribute to improved communication within MD operations.
- In order to improve the functions of the support team, we will work closely with each MD operations team and promote the synchronization of activities.
4.Subordinate, human resource development
- Guidance and motivation of related team personnel including direct and non-direct reports
- Understand the strengths and weaknesses of subordinates and provide constructive advice
- Support for building and achieving career goals
- Training successors
