Job Description
Job Purpose
Responsible for ensuring the smooth function of projects and overall handling of project logistics, managing internal or external client’s expectations.
Core liaison person between internal resources and clients (internal or external)
People management responsibility and involvement in departmental management, including being the representative/advocate for the department
Main Responsibilities:
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Demonstrate commercial ability to manage project cost Proposal Process
Responsible for turning complex logistics into workable & profitable solutions
Facilitates discussions on the appropriate design/set up
Respond to any costing inquiries, questioning specifications in an efficient and timely manner
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Manage and timely provides status reports to clients (internal/ external clients)
Develop relationships with suppliers/agencies and understand their needs/concerns
Proactively suggest process improvement to suppliers and internal team
Clarifies roles and budget within the project team
Proactively managing the implementation of schedule, propose and management change ensuring timely deliverables
Responsible for reviewing the logical process and quality documentation
Ensure job-related materials, are within the scope and follow through appropriate authorization
Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and enhancing agency performance and work closely to suggest appropriate shortfall and constant propose improvement plan
Organize, propose resourcing and methodology plan with the client or huge studies to optimize the fit of the project.
Ability to persuade clients of the benefits of proposed approaches and plans.

Requirements
- Business level English & fluent Japanese
- Event management or other logistics management experience
- Market research experience a plus but not mandatory
