Commercial Finance Analyst

Company Overview
Our client is a globally leading creative advertising agency, with offices around the world, and a long and proud history as one of the top agencies in the world. We are partnering with them on a unique, newly created Commercial Finance position for their Tokyo office.

Job Description
This newly created role will be responsible for all the financials for this agencies top client. The CFO is currently taking care of this role but would like to hire a dedicated person to manage its intricacies.

You would work with the CFO, manage one analyst, and would partner directly with both the client and the client serving internal staff to make sure all the client's financials are on track.
You would manage everything from the P&L, the expenses related to the client (external vendor costs and internal man-hours), to campaign-specific costings.
The role would require financial literacy, but a broader strategic and project management approach, with a strong head for process management.

Requirements
This role would suit someone with an FP&A, project finance, or project management background.
Strong process management skills are required, as are very good communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be as comfortable being client facing, as you are crunching numbers and manipulating excel sheets.
