職務内容 この役割は、戦略的なグローバルITプロダクトを担当リージョンであるアジア圏で確実に成功裏に展開していただきます。

日々リーダーシップを発揮して、プロダクトオーナー、プロダクトアーキテクト、ソリューションアーキテクト、サービスデリバリーリード、およびプロダクト開発リードを担う8〜10人のスタッフで構成されるアジアチームに加えて、製品開発、オペレーション、そして自社の配送センターからサポートをする戦略パートナーのスタッフを含むチームを導いていただきます。
 また、IT各部門のトップやエンタープライズアーキテクチャーチームと協力して業務を遂行します。
サービスカタログに記載されている既存のすべてのITサービスについて戦略的な開発、維持そして実行といった、シニアレベルでのビジネスプロセスの推進者としてのリーダーシップ発揮も期待されます。


The Product Lead Asia is responsible for working with the Head of Product Delivery, Head of Market IT Asia, the Enterprise Architecture team, senior Asia Business process leadership to develop, maintain and execute agreed product strategies for all existing Products within the Logistics Service catalogue.

This will exclude the set of new ERP & Finance products which are being designed and developed within our strategic global product Program.
The role will ensure the successful deployment of strategic global products.

The role will include day to day leadership of an Asia team comprising approximately 8-10 internal staff in Asia, made up of Product Owners, Product Architects, Solution Architects, Service Delivery Leads and Product Deployment Leads, plus staff from strategic partners who will perform much of the product development, operation and support from their own delivery centers.

The role will also supervise Product Owners in maintaining P&L responsibility by directing the strategic management of external (e.g. Skywares) partnership for the Asian markets for the set of existing ERP & Customer Products in the Logistics Shared Service Catalogue, including any targets set by CIO, Head of Product Delivery and Head of Market IT Asia.

Additionally, this role will take lead accountability for the decommissioning of sun-setting products and solutions (and associated application stack) to deliver the Asia technology transformation roadmap coupled with the associated cost savings and FTE reductions.

The role will work closely with the Head of Enterprise Architecture to ensure all Existing Product strategies are consistent with agreed architectural patterns and plans. It has overall P&L responsibility for the set of existing Products in the Logistics Shared Service catalogue, including any targets set by CIO and Head of Product Delivery

Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in IT Product & Service Development
- 10+ years of driving transformational organizational change within IT application and product delivery functions
- Practical and detailed experience in Application Design, Development and Rollout
- Strong project management background and proven experience in Application/Product development in global environment
- Proven experience with offshore delivery model and Professional supplier management
- High level of intercultural competence to enable working global teams
- Proven experience in rolling out and integrating central solutions to local markets
- Multi language skills (Japanese and English)
