Job Description
• Vendor management and vendor oversight
with a deep understanding of the need of outsourcing by COJ, and global strategic outsourcing concept, develop and implement an outsourcing strategy / plan for COJ. Identify and select appropriate vendors by working closely with sourcing function. Establish and implement proper vendor oversight and governance processes / structure within COJ to ensure trial Quality, Efficiency and Productivity

• CO Excellence: liaise with leadership members within COJ and relevant functions both global and local to drive quality culture within COJ to achieve center of excellence:
With a deep understanding of global CO knowledge management strategy, identify, develop local knowledge management process and training strategy that is aligned with global to support the development of core competencies required for COJ to achieve its vision; Drive a learning culture to achieve excellence

Requirements
・Extensive knowledge of Clinical Drug Development, Clinical Operations and CRO/preferred partnership management.
・Interaction: open effective and proactive communication, personally strong, focused, diplomatic, empathic. Networking capabilities inside and outside of the organization.
・Leadership - proven track records of leading people, and manage projects, vendors; influencing and negotiation skills
・Project work: analytic, well-structured, goal-oriented.
・Budget management - good financial / budget management knowledge
・QMS knowledge and skills
