This is a Global Employer Branding position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. You’ll also develop and manage multimedia content including video, social media, digital, mobile, print and beyond to bring to life the company’s story.

• Develop and drives the employment brand strategy ensuring alignment with the recruitment and overall business strategy and priorities regionally.
• Leverage our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to create effective, targeted marketing strategy by while still staying true to our coporate culture.
• Development of social media as both a brand strategy and candidate generation tool to drive engagement strategies and metrics.
• Optimize our careers website, including localization efforts along with a strategy to help teams across the region create their own footprint.
• Partnering with business heads and talent acquisition team to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
