Job Description
• Implement global policies & procedures in country to provide for the protection of the
company's assets and assure the quality of local security processes and provide awareness
• Lead the Employee Services team to provide a portfolio of value- added employee services
including: Welfare services, Vehicle fleet administration, Travel Management policy,
monitoring and reporting, Local health management with company doctors and
Health Insurance Association, Single point of contact from external (external affairs) for
complaints, data privacy and local community (Police and Local Crime Prevention
Association), Supervision of activities for disabled employees working on farms, Other
Employee Services (e.g. Corporate card, Company badge, Greeting cards, etc.)
• Guide and monitor efficient and effective ES operations according to defined KPIs and
ensure client and employee satisfaction
• Manage and improve daily service operations, responding to service demands and taking
appropriate action to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure competitive, efficient and innovative services are provided through continuous
improvement, standardization and use of best practices based on global and external
benchmarks and frameworks
• Drive implementation and improve effectiveness of global processes and tools locally
according to local business needs and requirements
• Ensure up-skilling and development of employees and manages their continuous
performance
• Ensure proper budget performance and alignment
• Contribute to the global ES community with sharing of best practices and project
participation
• Ensure professional communications of ES services to employees and stakeholders Value

Requirements
■At least 5 years experience as a Manager in a Multinational Company in the General
Affairs/ Business Admistration Services Department leading a team
■Leadership experiences on managing operational teams (small to medium size)
■Communications strategy and messaging skills with the ability to build long term
partnerships with internal management / staff and external authorities / parties
