Job Description
Role: Senior Global PM

シニアプロジェクトマネージャーとして、弊社が提供するHybrid（インド：オフショア拠点を活用）モデルの中、グローバル展開でのITプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージメントをお願いします。入社後はまず弊社プロセスを学んで頂く前提で、国内のプロジェクト管理をお願いしますが、将来的には、アプリケーションモダナイゼーション、デジタルマーケティング、データプラットフォームモダナイゼーション、アドバンスドアナリティクス といった、大規模かつグローバルプロジェクトの管理をお任せしますので、これまでのご経験以上にダイナミックでチャレンジングな環境下での経験を積むことが可能です。

お願いする具体的な業務内容としては、
1） クライアントの要件ヒアリング、サービススコープの確定
2） ビジネスケース、プロジェクト計画書、RFPの準備
3） ベンダー管理、プロジェクト進捗管理、プロジェクトチーム管理
　　　※　大規模案件担当時には、数人のPM管理もお願いします
4） 他国と連携し、当社の特徴である’Hybrid Model’をお客様へ提供する。
5） ドキュメンテーションとバリデーション
6） 会議のファシリテーションや議事録作成

What we expect for this role ?

1. Have discussions with business users in Japanese when necessary and finalize the requirements and determine the Scope of Work of the project
2. Business Case, Project Charter and/or RFP preparation
3. Vendor management and project progress management as well as team management
* when it comes Large scale project, you will be expected to manage multiple project managers.
4. Coordination with various project stakeholders including overseas stakeholders
5. Documentation and validation activities
6. Meeting facilitation and minutes taking, etc.

登録資格 【必須（MUST）】

1. 日英バイリンガル、言語問わず優れたコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方
2. 大規模プロジェクト（10億円以上規模）　での full cycleでの PM 経験
3. オンサイト＆オフショアモデルでの実務経験
4．新しいテクノロジーや領域を学ぶ意欲、柔軟性がある方
5. ピープルマネジメント

1. Japanese and English at business level and excellent communication skills
2. Project and delivery management skills
3. Ability to work in onsite & offshore model.
4. Flexible and keen to learn new technology and domain
5. People management

We would like to meet "Owner PM" who managed or was responsible end to end for even small projects as owner who always communicated with clients and had to see and ensure the horizontal balance for its success.
