Job Description
Lead accounting team (5 staff) and work closely with Country VP and global CFO to drive efficiency in Accounting processes
Create and maintain accounting policies in accordance with JGAAP
Go beyond compiling data and understand business activities to improve business finances
Requirements
15; years of finance experience, with a particular focus on accounting, business process improvement, and team building
Prior experience in an international work environment
Business level English and business level Japanese
