Job Description
This is a Associate Director positon for Employee relations.
Working in a team of 3 covering all areas of Labor matters, Harassment cases and all Employee relations matters.
Working closely with Employees and Management to overcome and internal arising issues. Covering the contractual, practical, as well as the physical and emotional dimensions of the employee-employer relationship.
Assist in creating and enforcing policies that are fair and consistent for everyone in the workplace.
Requirements
- Strong in Employee Relations and Labor Matters.
- Experience working in larger size companies.
- Fluent in Japanese with Business English.
