Job Description
Including, not limited to
- Lead and manage all local Liablity Underwriting team
- Develop and execute the LoB local strategy and proactively support the development of the global LoB strategy
- Manage all local LoB portfolio to ensure the successful achievement of the global AGCS LoB targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients
Requirements
- Minimum 7 to 10years of experience in Underwriting management position
- Expert understanding of regional / local LoB insurance markets and competitor landscape
- Well recognized relationship building with brokers at peer group leveland well established within local market
- Expert understanding of legal and regulatory framework
- Preferably Degree in Economics, Law, or other appropriate discipline
- Completion of professional insurance qualifcation (e.g. CII)
- Fluent in English (able to negotiate), Business Japanese preferred
