• Associate to handle general enquiries of customers over phone calls and live chats

• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

• Maintains customer records by updating account information.

• Exemplary communication skills and customer-oriented approach

• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
プレゼンテーション能力、説得力、コミュニケーション能力。

Job Requirement

仕事の条件

• Japanese Speaking with Kanji writing skill
漢字を書くスキルと日本語を話すスキルが必要です。
• Both native & non-native are welcomed
ネイティブとノンネイティブの両方を歓迎します。
• Non -Native should have N1 or N2 certification
ノンネイティブの方は N1、N2 の認定を取得している必要があります。
• Candidates with e commerce experience will be an advantage e commerce の経験をお持ちの方は優遇致します。
• Candidates with English communication skill is welcomed but not mandatory
英語のコミュニケーションスキルを持つ候補者を歓迎しますが、必須ではありません。
