Job Description
As a contract specialist, you would be responsible for a variety of legal duties such as Drafting, editing and negotiating various contracts in both English and Japanese
Being closely involved in the sales processes to ensure the contracts are effective for the company. You will also be working closely with the customers of the company for negotiations of variious agreements.
Requirements
- In order to do the above, you would need experience having handled corporate contracts both in English and Japanese
- Negotiation experience is a plus
- workign independently as well as on a team
