Major Real Estate Investor/Developer is looking for an in house legal counsel to join and support its growing team. EXcellent Opportunity to work in a real estate venture.
Job Description
You will be responsible for the legal functions for Japan and act as a key contact point with APAC. You will be helping the internal team with various legal frameworks, compliance and with contracts of various types. You will also help guide legal affairs on various projects for the company in Japan and possiblly abroad.
Requirements
- Qualified Japanese lawyer
- Experience in real estate or development
- Expertise in contract drafting
- High English fluency and Native Japanese
- In house experience a strong welcome
