Job Description
The main responsibility of this role is to but not limited to:
- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top
talent.
- Work closely with the HR OPS / HRG team members to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the
appropriate levels
-Uses input from key stakeholders and effectively communicates the vision and business direction of the talent strategy for the market.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Japanese
Expereinced in Talent Management
