Job Description
You will be responsible for leading the legal functions for the brand and work with various stakeholders across the business. You will be responsible for contract drafting, review as well as negotiation. Other duties include compliance and risk management for the company. Requirements
- Degree in Law
- Experience working in a legal dept - pref in Retail, Consumer goods or Fashion
- Excellent Communications skills - Japanese Native and English Fluent - speaking, reading, writing
- Experience working in Fast Paced environments
- Experience with Contract Drafting, Negotiation and Review
